Note that I do not take any vitamin supplements as I do not believe they are necessary if one eats properly, so I cannot guarantee the value or effectiveness of their products. The best multi-vitamin I know is liver, either beef or lamb's if the animals have been reared naturally on grass. Weight for weight, liver even contains four times as much vitamin C as apples or pears.
