Dubious Link Between High Fat Diet And Risk Of Prostate Cancer?
A mouse study purports to confirm a link between a high-fat diet and prostate cancer in humans. Is it useful, or more obfuscation?

Now, saturated dairy fat reduces the risk of a heart attack!
Swedish study finds that milk fats — full-cream milk, cream, butter and full-fat cheese — actually reduce the risk of a heart attack!

My presentation at the Weston A Price Seminar, London, 21 March 2010
This presentation combines several lines of evidence to demonstrate that eating a low-fat, low-meat diet could be at the root of our health problems today.

UK Food Standards Agency shows its ignorance
All the advice we in the UK get about what we should and shouldn't eat emanates from the Food Standards Agency. And it is not supported by the science. This article demonstrates the scale of ignorance within the FSA when they tell us to cut down on saturated fats. And unlike the nonsense the FSA publishes, this article cites its supporting references.

Fats and Oils: The significance of temperature
The various fats and oils found in plants and animals are designed in Nature to operate at different temperatures. Saturated fats are found in warm-blooded animals and the tropical plants; polyunsaturated oils in cold areas and cold-blooded animals. Why 'high-in-polyunsaturates' plant oils are harmful to us.

Fats Explained
This article explains the differences among the various types of fats and fatty acids — what the terms Saturated, monounsaturated and polyunsaturated mean; the difference between trans and cis fats; and tables the fatty acid compositions of fats and oils found in both animals and plants.

Should all animals eat a high-fat, low-carb diet?
An article detailing how all mammals in their natural environment eat a high-fat,, high-saturated fat, low- or no-carb diet. Why should we be any different?

Our Love Affair With Fat
Historical documents, both sacred and profane, tell of our love of fats.

Polyunsaturated Oils Increase Cancer Risk
Medical evidence that polyunsaturated fats initiate cancers, promote cancers and compromise our immune systems so that we can't fight cancers.

Animal fats don't increase breast cancer risk
Although two studies purported to increase breast cancer risk, their figures don't support their conclusions.

Animal Fats Reduce the Risk of Pancreatic Cancer
We know that animal fats don't increase cancer risk. This study finds that they reduce the risk of one of the most dangerous cancers.

Study finds saturated fat increases good cholesterol and energy
Having been vilified as a cause of heart disease, it looks as if that idea will have to be revised.

Saturated fat lessens risk of heart disease in post-menopausal women
Another study adds to the evidence that saturated fats are beneficial.

No evidence that dietary saturated fat is a cause of cardiovascular disease
Now we know for sure. This huge review finds no evidence to support the hypothesis that saturatd fats cause heart disease.

Swedish PhD Student Shows That Saturated Fat and Full-cream Dairy Are Healthier For Children
Children have a great need for saturated fats and cholesterol — the building blocks of their bodies. While mothers have been conned into introducing low-fat dairy early in life, this study shows that children also benefit from an increase in

Moderate-Fat Diet May Be Better than Low-Fat at Reducing Heart Risks
These scienttists are hedging their bets. They obviously know that a fatty diet is better than a low-fat diet, but don't like to say so.

Misinformation about Linoleic acid, Ulcerative Colitis and Irritable Bowel Syndrome
Study finds that linoleic acid, the major polyunsaturated fatty acid in plant oils, is a cause of gut diseases. But then it blames 'red meat;', despite the fact that the fats from beef and lamb contain the least linoleic acid!

Higher fat intake = Lower death rate
Now here's a surprise. Statistics show that the more fat you eat, the longer you will live.

Vitamin E Needs Fat for its Absorption
Vitamin E is a fat-soluble vitamin. Just like the other fat-soluble vitamins (A, D and K) you have to eat fat as well as the vitamin if you don't want it to end up in the toilet.
